Financial Policy
- We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring your well-being. We understand that payment options may vary, so we have established the following financial policies to help you navigate your experience with us.
Payment Responsibility
- All payments for services rendered are the responsibility of the client.
- We accept credit/debit cards and financing through Cherry. and/or CareCredit. NO CASH
- A credit/debit card is required to remain on file at the time of booking.
Payment at the Time of Service:
- Full payment for services is expected at the time of your visit.
- A Good Faith Exam is a pre-authorization exam done by a Nurse Practitioner or Medical Director that medically clears you and ensures you are a good candidate for your upcoming treatment of choice. It is MANDATORY in the state of Ohio for ALL new clients. Visits are usually 10min or less. It is valid for one year and has a one time fee of $45. Once you book an appointment, you will be notified to pay the fee before your Good Faith Visit is scheduled.
- If you are utilizing the Cherry. and/or CareCredit financing option, please ensure that your financing is approved and available before your visit.
- A credit/debit card is required to be placed on file at the time of booking any services.
Payment Plans:
- We are pleased to offer payment plans through Cherry financing and/or CareCredit to help you manage your healthcare expenses.
- To explore this option, you can apply for financing through Cherry or CareCredit and select a plan that suits your needs.
- For any questions or assistance related to Cherry. and/or CareCredit financing, please contact Cherry or CareCredit directly or refer to their website for more information.
Refund Policy:
- Due to the nature of our services, NuHealing IV Hydration & Wellness maintains a strict "No Refund" policy for services already provided and/or pre-paid.
- Any services cancelled greater than 24hrs prior to the date and time of service will receive a full refund of deposit amount.
- Your deposit of $25 will be forfeited for any services cancelled less than 24hrs prior to the date and time of service.
- There is a mandatory $25 deposit required at the time of booking appointment. Deposit amount will be applied to treatment amount.
Invoicing and Receipts:
- After services are performed, we will provide you with an invoice or receipt for the services you've received.
