Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy

The Vitamin D blood test measures the amount of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in your blood. Your body absorbs vitamin D from sunlight and fortified foods, storing it in fat cells until needed. The liver and kidneys convert this inactive form to the active 25-hydroxyvitamin D. Deficiency in vitamin D can indicate bone disease, nutritional disorders, or other metabolic complications. (No Fasting Required)

Vitamin B12

The Vitamin B12 blood test measures the level of this essential nutrient in your blood, which is vital for the production and maintenance of nerve and red blood cells, as well as DNA synthesis. Since the body cannot produce Vitamin B12, it must be obtained through diet or supplements. Deficiency can result from inadequate intake, poor absorption, age, medical conditions, or certain medications, leading to anemia, nervous system disorders, and other health issues. This test helps identify if you have a Vitamin B12 deficiency (No Fasting Required).

Hepatitis C

The Hepatitis C blood test detects antibodies indicating a past or present infection with the Hepatitis C virus (HCV), which affects the liver. Some individuals can clear the infection on their own, while others may carry the virus asymptomatically until liver disease becomes severe. A positive result for HCV antibodies necessitates further testing with a Hepatitis C RNA test to confirm an active infection and measure viral load, helping your healthcare provider interpret your results and monitor treatment. (No Fasting Required)

Iron Panel

Our Iron Panel blood test measures iron levels, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), and ferritin to assess vital bodily functions. Iron is crucial for forming hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in your blood. TIBC evaluates your blood’s capacity to bind and transport iron, while ferritin indicates how much iron your body is storing. Abnormal results can guide you and your healthcare provider in determining appropriate next steps. (Fasting is Recommended.)

CBC w/Differential

Our CBC with differential test evaluates your blood’s components, including red blood cells (RBCs), white blood cells (WBCs), and platelets. RBCs are responsible for oxygen transport, while WBCs play a key role in your immune response. Platelets are crucial for normal blood clotting. This comprehensive test helps identify various health conditions by measuring the number, type, and size of these cells, providing essential insights into your overall health. (No Fasting Required)

CMP

The comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) evaluates overall health and monitors chronic conditions by measuring 14 components, including glucose, calcium, liver enzymes, bilirubin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, albumin, carbon dioxide, and key electrolytes. Abnormal results can signal issues like liver or kidney disease, hypertension, or diabetes, providing valuable insights for early detection and management of health conditions. (10-12 hr Fasting is Required)

Thyroid Panel

The Thyroid Panel blood test measures key thyroid hormones and antibodies to evaluate thyroid function and diagnose thyroid disorders. It includes TSH, T3 Free and Total, T4 Free and Total, Reverse T3, Anti-thyroglobulin, and Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies, providing comprehensive insights into thyroid health. (Fasting is Recommended)

Cholesterol Panel

The Cholesterol Panel blood test measures key lipids in your blood, including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides, to assess your risk for heart disease and other cardiovascular conditions. This test helps identify potential issues early, even if you have no symptoms, allowing you and your healthcare provider to develop a plan to manage your cholesterol levels effectively. (Fasting is Recommended)
